Improve your work performance with TypeText

TypeText is a lightweight and user-friendly piece of software that can assist you in enhancing your work performance, handy particularly if your job entails a lot of repetitive writing.

TypeText's interface is simple and straight-forward, making it very approachable for people of all levels of experience, meaning that even if you have never used a similar tool before, you will not have a tough time figuring out how to handle it.

When closed, the program can optionally minimize to the notification area, allowing you to keep it handy for whenever you need to input text, but without it interfering with your regular activities.

To get started, you will need to enter the text you regularly work with, be it in the shape of a sentence, words or lengthier pieces of text, enabling you to separate them through spaces, carets or other means. The entries can be edited at any moment, and saved to a TPT document for later use.

This allows you to create multiple documents for different purposes, like data entry, form completion, responding or sending emails, saving them to your computer and using them whenever you need to speed up your work.

After creating your 'database' of usable entries, you can just press CTRL+B in any text editor you prefer working with and TypeText will display a small window, letting you select the sentence or word that you wish to type, entering it for you with just a click.
